Hi All - I'm Kaleiope (not real name of course) and many refer to me as Kallie...among many other names.

Games I play: Pax Dei (hoping this to be my main game someday), Diablo, Wow, ESO, Last Epoch, POE, Baldur's Gate, Elden Ring...basically in the fantasy genre of MMO/AARPG

Ideal gaming community: one where the people act like they would at a rowdy family gathering. Where we have all types, have conflict that stays healthy, where we can bicker and then eat breakfast together the next day, and nobody can mess with us. Current gaming culture feels like everyone is on their first day of a jail sentence where they have to act their worst so that people leave them alone.

Meeting up in real life: Already have! Unhinged hosted a summer party at an Alabama lake house. It was a blast!

Games I play: Whatever the heck the group wants to! Kidding but, I do tend to follow the herd and endorse the chaos. I love checking out new games and scouring things for content — so far, I’ve latched to phases of WoW, Pax Dei, and I am excited for the launch of T&L. I also dabble in a lot of smaller co-op games for some fun times with our Unhinged crowd.

Where I am from: Pennsylvania!

Occupation: Annoying Grolo enough he pays me. Ish. I currently do content creation for the Unhinged branding, but otherwise I am a recent high school graduate and am on a path towards starting college.

Personal Challenges: I have struggled with a lot recently, mainly the fact that I make too many people laugh, I work out too much, eat too well, I am way too loved, and I am just way too awesome which has posed many challenges thus far. I hope to not become a problem for you guys.

Meetup: HECK YEAH I LOVE MEETING YOU GOOBERS! We have done a lake house vacation for Unhinged in Alabama once before, I am always excited to meet the faces that make me go nuts at 3am. Video Im all for! I love recording content, and we have done video round table discussions before which I think would be a fun idea to scale.

If anyone here is ever interested in getting involved in our Unhinged content realm, or would like to pose event/video ideas always feel free to message me on discord so we can chat about it. I’m around quite often, feel free to even catch me in voice.

I enjoy most types of games outside of Sports, Racing, and pixel graphic games. Favs are RPGs, Shooters, and MMOs.

What times do I not game is a better question. I'm usually up all night so I play at night, evening, and later afternoon usually.

I enjoy woodworking from time to time as well as card/board games.

What do you think is missing in gaming currently?
I feel like games need to do more with community. Not in a PvP way, but in a real sense of getting players talking to each other within the game and helping each other overcome obstacles.

What games have you played or like to play? There are so many games I like to play. I love games that are story-based choice multiple-ending games such as Heavy Rain, Dark Pictures Anthology Beyond Two Souls those, I also love horror games like alien isolation Dead Space Alan wake, also really love playing online co-op games like Lockdown Protocol and Dead by Daylight Texas chainsaw etc then finally love games like Pax dei the forest. Games where I can build manage and fight for survival and craft grow my character.

I have an unfortunate slew of health challenges that started off with being born with Ehlers danlose syndrome, later contracted M.E meniers disease and asthma then FND. So I'm a wheelchair user who is asthmatic and slowly going deaf. But it's ok I got my family and they keep me going.
What do you think is missing in gaming currently? Well something that irritates me is how unfriendly gaming can be in general not unhinged everyone is lovely but I just hate how people have to pick on each other all the time i wish there was more community everywhere. But we will always get the asshats, unfortunately.

What do you think is missing in gaming currently? Honestly, games that don't limit multiplayer to just 3 or 4 people. I'm always running into situations where I have more people that want to play something than the game can fit.

Here's a good place. Was at my lowest when I joined Unhinged and, just by being a chill place, helped me get through my thoughts while having a good chunk of fun.

Ideal Gaming Community: A place where one and all can logon and have a place to hangout and relax or get sweaty in a game. Caledas here. I am the resident scientist for Unhinged and the only thing I like more then gaming is lists.

What games have you played or like to play?
I have played many games. I go back to the release of NES, and the evolution of gaming. My preference in gaming is MMO (ive played pretty much all of them), RPG, RTS city builder types and squad combat shooters.

What time of day do you game?
Depends on the time of the year but im EST so 7pm to midnight. I get up at 5am from September through June so occasionally I get tired.

I reside in New York not in the city but close (about an hour north)

High school Science teacher/Scientist. I was schooled as an Environmental Scientist and worked in pollution remediation as well as energy technologies. Switched careers to become a teacher and have been doing that ever since.

Working out, bike riding, gardening, plastic models, yard work, being a dad (the most difficult and rewarding thing I have done)

Just a good old cheeseburger, from that old school joint down the street. Where the waitress have been there forever and basically runs the place and knows exactly what your going to order when you sit down.
